This policy applies to all products purchased in AMI PARTS.
AMI PARTS stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.
All returns for defect and all returns made after this 30-day return period must be made pursuant to the terms of AM PARTS's Limited Warranty.
For any indirect purchases, meaning (1) any purchases not made directly from ami-parts.com (the “Site”) or (2) any purchases made from our authorized resellers, such as Amazon, please refer to the reseller’s return policy or contact the reseller directly. We do not accept returns for indirect purchases.
If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact AMI PARTS Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation. Refunds will not be issued.
All returns must be authorized by AMI PARTS within 30 days of delivery with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. You can obtain the RMA number and the pre-paid shipping label for your return by contacting AMI PARTS Support within the return period for products. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue and all returns must be shipped within 15 days after receipt of the RMA number. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number or after expiration of the RMA number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• All returned items must be new, unused and with all original tags attached.
• Products must be returned in their original packages.
• Products and returns are defective due to our errors.
The Following Products Cannot Be Returned
• The original product label is damaged or missing.
• Products damaged or worn due to improper use.
• Products beyond the warranty period (30 days) will not be returned.
• Clearance merchandise and any items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
Labeling
After approval of your return, a pre-paid shipping label and RMA slip will be emailed to you. Please print both documents and securely attach them to the outside of the box. The barcode on the RMA slip must be visible.
If you choose a different shipping method and/or carrier than the one AMI PARTS provided, you are responsible for all shipping, handling, and processing costs on returned AMI PARTS units.
Return Packaging
All authorized returns must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be completely repackaged with the original packaging. You must also include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label , and RMA slip, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package. Please verify all information on the return label is correct before shipping.
Refunds
Refunds on authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of AMI PARTS’s receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please be sure to keep your copy of the proof of delivery. If AMI PARTS is unable to verify its receipt of the returned item, AMI PARTS will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund on the returned unit.
Late or Missing Refunds
Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation But Not Shipped
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 8-10% processing fee.
Cancellation But Product has Been Delivered(Unused)
Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
And you will be charged up to 25% restocking fee. (This is withheld from refund.)
Exceptions
Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.
